More Than 200 Positions to be Filled at Woodfield Mall’s Seasonal Job Fair

Gearing up for holiday shopping, Woodfield Mall will hold a job fair next week to fill hundreds of seasonal positions.

The holiday job fair will be held Thursday, Oct. 6 from 2 to 5 p.m. in the suburban Schaumburg mall’s Grand Court.

At the fair, job-seekers will be able to be matched with more than 40 top retailers to fill more than 200 positions.

“Retailers have begun preparing for another exciting holiday season and the demand it brings to their stores,” said Kurt Webb, general manager at Woodfield Mall. “As a significant source of jobs for the greater Chicagoland area, Woodfield Mall is pleased to help those in need of work find new full and part-time positions.”

Available positions include full and part-time sales, cashiers, management and key-holder opportunities at stores such as Bath & Body Works, COACH, Columbia Sportswear, Express/Express Men, Forever 21, Fossil, GameStop, Godiva, Janie & Jack, JCPenney, Lord & Taylor, Macy’s, Vera Bradley, Yankee Candle, as well as Woodfield Mall’s Guest Services and more.

Retailers will be prepared to review resumes, provide applications and conduct on-the-spot interviews, according to a news release.

Woodfield Mall recommends applicants arrive early to secure the best positions, bring identification and “dress to impress.”
